Synesthesia has a team dedicated to gaming and gamification applied to companies, marketing projects and training.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-fsb-flexible-spacer fsb-flexible-spacer\"><div class=\"fsb-flexible-spacer__device fsb-flexible-spacer__device--lg\" style=\"height:145px\"><\/div><div class=\"fsb-flexible-spacer__device fsb-flexible-spacer__device--md\" style=\"height:100px\"><\/div><div class=\"fsb-flexible-spacer__device fsb-flexible-spacer__device--sm\" style=\"height:100px\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide is-style-border-left has-border-color is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"border-color:#9fdce1;border-style:solid;border-width:10px\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9ba6dbca wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column order-first order-lg-initial is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\" style=\"margin-bottom:8px;line-height:1.27\"><strong><strong>CSR <\/strong><\/strong>\/EGS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left is-style-lato has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#5c9ea4\"><strong>Corporate social responsibility and<\/strong><br><strong><strong>Environmental, Social and Governance<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:58%\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">Over the years, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become a relevant factor and a clear priority in the strategies of major global corporations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right has-t-4-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:1.4\">During the Covid-19 emergency period, we continued to pursue our projects in training and developing technological solutions, increasing our efforts to transform profit and non-profit initiatives into digital solutions that are useful to all. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right has-t-4-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:1.4\">Our attention has been primarily focused on the lack of diffusion of digital technological tools for Distance Learning, the economic crisis of many companies and the increasing number of families at risk of poverty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right has-t-4-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:1.4\">To address this situation, together with other associations and companies, we have set up some important non-profit initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right has-t-4-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:1.4\">In the near future, the focus will increasingly be on business choices oriented towards sustainability, summarised in the acronym <strong>ESG<\/strong> (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance), as the only strategy capable of giving new momentum to businesses in order to emerge from the economic crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:33px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right is-style-default has-smaller-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"line-height:1.4\"><br>The initiative <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tutticonnessi.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TuttiConnessi<\/strong><\/a>, as well as <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/SpesaSospesa.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SpesaSospesa<\/a> <\/strong>are non-profit activities that work in this direction.<br>These projects are now managed together with others by the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.syx.it\">SYX Foundation.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-fsb-flexible-spacer fsb-flexible-spacer\"><div class=\"fsb-flexible-spacer__device fsb-flexible-spacer__device--lg\" style=\"height:145px\"><\/div><div class=\"fsb-flexible-spacer__device fsb-flexible-spacer__device--md\" style=\"height:70px\"><\/div><div class=\"fsb-flexible-spacer__device fsb-flexible-spacer__device--sm\" style=\"height:70px\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Empowering People.
